9.3M Antenna
The 9.3 Mtr Antenna System is a Cassegrain type with conical corrugated Horn, Sub reflector and main Reflector is made to shaped parabolic co-ordinates. It offers excellent performance and can be used on C / Ext-C / Ku Band frequencies.
The Antenna reflector has stretch formed aluminium panels in 2 Rows ( 24 panels in inner row and 24 panels in outer row ) Total 48 panels on 24 Nos of radial trusses emanating from a center hub. The center Hub is spacious enough to accommodate receive electronics. The elevation over Azimuth mount [ King Post Type ] provides the stiffness required for pointing accuracies, through out the Az / El travel. The Antenna mount is capable of rotating the Antenna in 110° continous, or 180° in 2 positions. Another version of mount incorporating slewing ring bearing and gear gives continuous 330° rotation.
The Antenna System meets latest Specs of ITU-RS-580-6 recommendations for the Earth Station Antenna Systems.
